Tehran, June. 10,2017(IRNA)- Iranian Intelligence Minister Mahmoud Alavi and Iran's Interior Minister Abdolreza Rahmani Fazli are scheduled to brief the lawmakers on the recent terrorist attack in the capital, Tehran, on Sunday.
Alavi and Rahmani Fazli will lecture the MPs in a close session of Majlis (parliament), senior member of Iran's parliament Gholamreza Kateb reported in an interview with IRNA.
Kateb noted that a number of military commanders will also attend the Majlis briefing.
Majlis open sessions will be held on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and the special panels will continue their habitual work, the lawmaker noted.
Despite terrorist efforts to disrupt habitual work of Iran’s Majlis on Wednesday, the MPs continued their jobs without delay.
In two terrorist attacks in Tehran on Wednesday (June 7) against Majlis (parliament) and Imam Khomeini Mausoleum 17 people were killed and 52 other were wounded.
Daesh (the ISIS terrorist group) had accepted responsibility for attacks.
